Shipping

All weight loss injections and medication are dispensed directly from our UK-based pharmacy in accordance with cold-chain transportation. It is packed by a dispenser in discreet packaging using the correct insulated materials and ice gel backs to ensure it reaches you at the correct temperature range. It is shipped to your given address using a tracked service for next-day delivery, or for NI and Channel Isles tracked two-day delivery.

We aim to approve and dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing the order. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. Please note that we do not offer a next-day guarantee delivery service. Although we aim to approve and dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing the order occasionally this period is longer due to the nature of checks required and the process of approving a prescription.

To comply with cold-chain requirements, orders are shipped Monday to Thursday to reach you within 24-48 hours. For example, if you place an order on Thursday 12pm, it may be dispatched on Monday the following week and delivered to you on Tuesday.

Please note that we use third-party couriers to dispatch your orders (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL). Although orders are always sent by next-day service, occasionally there is a delay which is beyond our control, and therefore cannot guarantee the 48 hour delivery time. In case your order does not arrive within 48 hours of being dispatched, please contact us and we will look into this straight away.

• UK Mainland Weekday delivery: £9.90
  (Dispatched Monday to Friday via next-day tracked delivery service. Dispatch is not guaranteed on the same or the next day after placing your order).
• Northern Ireland: £9.90
  (one to Two-day delivery service)
• Channel Isles: £19.50
  (Two-day delivery service)

Orders will have to be signed for, so please ensure someone is at your given shipping address to receive the order on the day of delivery. Mayfair Weight Loss Clinic will not be liable for any replacements due to missed deliveries. If your parcel is returned back to us due to repeated missed delivery attempts, we will not issue a replacement or refund.

If you would like your order shipped on a particular day then do let us know by email and we would be happy to dispatch it on another day.

Deliveries are to the UK only. Due to legal and logistical reasons, we do not ship medication outside the UK.
